Ingredient list:
Corns, carrots and some mushroom. chop to small block
SPAM.... how can you forget this...
Diced onions... fried rice normally use red onions
green vege
2eggs for a meal of 3-4 person
a bit of mayo
of course you'll need rice... cooked and stored over night
mess up the rice from all the lumps using your hand first. normally i'll cook the rice with a bit lesser water so that the rice would not have too many lumps
break the eggs and put just the yolk to the rice and 2spoons of mayo
mix it thoroughly till every grain of the rice have the yellow color from the yolk.
cook the corn and carrot and mushroom and put it aside
cook the onions and SPAM first
pour in the rice and keep cooking till cook and put in back the corn n vege. put in some soys sauce n pepper n salt. pour a tea spoon of sesame oil right before you take it out from the stove. mix it well for a nice fragrant
makan... n think of what to eat for dinner...
