I have been longing to be 3 years old, I can't wait to be a big girl!
On the Sunday before my birthday, Daddy & Mummy had a small party for me, and invited my Ah Mah (babysitter) and my friends (Ah Mah's grandkids). Just to let me have a good time with people that I like and am familiar with.
I tried out a few of the hats,
... and decided to go with Minnie (Binnie is how I pronouce it).
Kau Fu was one of the first guest to arrive with a big present. Daddy's aunt Karen from UK was visiting us that weekend and joined in the fun.
My di di woke up for his milk and got a party hat too!
Here is my Ah Mah, also di di's Ah Mah.
I was so excited to have friends over to play with. Ern-ern jie jie was even more excited to play with my kitchen, she didn't want to waste time eating.
After a few attempts, I blew out the candles on my cake and cut it ( I was more excited about cutting the cake than blowing out candles)
My friends wanted to cut the cake too, so I let them take turns. "Good job!" to me.
It was a chocolate cake, my favorite kind of cake (Mummy's favorite too)
eft
I ate some, but got so distracted by playing that I soon got down from my chair. The next day, I suddenly remembered about the cake I left behind, and told Mummy: " I forgot about my cake, Mummy. I want to eat cake!" Fortunately, we had some leftovers in the fridge.
On Monday, the day of my actual birthday, Daddy & Mummy took leave from work. After sending off Aunt Karen to the airport, and di di to Ah Mah's house, we went out to Gurney Plaza. Daddy Mummy wanted to spend some quality time with me.
My normal smile
The way I smile when told to 'smile' for the camera.
I wanted to eat spaghetti, so we went to Chili's for lunch.
I got a little ice cream/cake from the nice people at Chilli's. See my 'smile'?
