So, first part, the morning.
Same like the past few days, after having breakfast, both Shanna and I took a nap in the morning and suddenly I got a call from Audrey! We only call each other when there's emergency.
Audrey told me that she lost her purse after getting out from the cab to her office! After telling me briefly what's going on, she headed back to the cab station just to try to see whether the driver was kind enough to find it and place it there so that Audrey can go back to get it. I prayed right after that.
After 30mins or so, Audrey called me back, guess what? She found her purse back at the cab station! The driver was really kind and willing to leave her purse back to the station with nothing lost in the wallet! Praise God for that!
Audrey was too tired after all the incident :) but thank God that she still have all the money and CC intact.
Next, Shanna and I went out for a walk around 11am after her feed.
So aimlessly, I walked toward the main cross junction and hoping to find Mc-D (still not given up yet). So after crossing few streets, finally, I found a huge MC-D signboard in front of us. So i went in and order my lunch. We walked aimlessly again just for sightseeing before we went back to hotel again.
Then, out of no where, I saw a huge crowd (i mean really a huge one) crowding around a small outdoor garden. At first I thought there's a riot/street demonstration! On closer look, I start seeing play-card here and there by some guys with huge "SOGO" sign at their vest. Oh... it was the sales-day for SOGO. Can you imagine the crowd have to line up at a open door garden opposite SOGO's back entrance and can only go in group by group? You are practically waiting for the customers to leave SOGO then only you can enter in. So Shanna and I just blend in the crowd for a while as it was shaded there.

Third, evening time.
After Shanna's afternoon nap and feed, I was playing with her on the bed. At 1732, suddenly I felt my body moving to the left and to the right. That was the same feeling that i got in Penang during 26/12 Tsunami time. It was an earthquake!!! Then I stood up, thinking of what to do next. Ok, i'll grab my wallet, my watch, my ring, my hp, not my passport (coz it's in the safe, no time for that) and Shanna. Then we rush out of the hotel room and expecting to see a crowd moving towards the emergency stair case. I was really surprise! NO one running for their life!
Ok, then, I met a cleaner at the corridor just outside our room. I smiled at her and asked her whether that was an earthquake that we had just experienced, and she said "yes" and continue with her cleaning work... :(
So Shanna and I went to the lift (which is wrong!) and get down to the lobby to see what's going on. In the lift i met 2 french ladies. They asked me whether is it a norm for Taipei to have earthquake, thinking that i'm one of the Taiwanese (since they always consider all chinese look the same)
So when we got down to the lobby, there's no panic or tension in the air. No one seemed to be bothered by the earthquake.
Then when i got back up into the room, Audrey called me and ask me whether everything was fine as she just got to the train station and right after her train, all the commuters stop their operation. Thank God that nothing bad happened to all 3 of us. :)
